《傅青主女科》从肾论治不孕症探析

摘　　要：《傅青主女科》中将不孕分成10种证型,从肾论治者就有6条,故治疗不孕多用补肾之法。笔者将其补肾之法归纳为滋补肾阴法、温补肾阳法、补肾平肝法、补肾益土法、补心温肾法、补火温中法。诸法各异,然均不离肾,关键在于论治突出主证,审证求因,治病求本,重视补肾,兼调五脏,对现代妇科临床仍具重要指导意义。Infertility can be divided into 10 kinds of syndrome types in Fu Qingzhu Nake, six articles treatment from the kidney, so the method of tonifying kidney is often used. The author concludes tonifying kidney method into nourishing kidney Yin method,warming and tonifying kidney Yang method, invigorating kidney and liver method, benefiting kidney and spleen method, tonifying heart and warming kidney method, reinforcing fire and warming spleen method. Although various different methods, not separate from the kidney, and the key is to highlight the main syndrome, treating disease from the root, paying attention to nourishing kidney and regulating five viscera, which still has an important guiding significance on modern gynecological clinics.
