依据体感音乐经络微循环规律及汤液经法五行规律探讨音乐治疗的应用

摘　　要：人体不同的经络具有不同的共振频率,这些频率可以引起对应经络循经微循环的显著改变。依据这些规律,结合《辅行诀》中汤液经法的五行生克制化规律,笔者论述了音乐治疗的中医理论基础和具体的应用方法,探索将音乐治疗发展成为"理、法、方、药"完备的系统化治疗方法。基于经络共振原理和经方五行运动规律的体感音乐治疗体系,"理、法、方、药"要素基本完备,可以进行临床验证。近年来应用体感音乐低频声波配合毫针治疗面瘫和糖尿病末梢神经病变,用结合《辅行诀》五行规律的乐曲序列治疗功能性腹泻和脑卒中后抑郁,都取得较好的临床疗效。Different main and collateral channels having different resonant frequencies, the frequency can cause significant changes in the corresponding main and collateral channels by evidence of microcirculation. On the basis of these rules, combined with decoction scriptures and the rule of the formula in Fu ling Jue, this paper discussed the theory of traditional Chinese medicine based on music therapy and concrete application methods, explored the music therapy to develop into systematic treatment method of complete ＂princi- ple, method,prescription and drug＂ ,which can be clinically tested. In recent years, the author has studied somatosensory music low-fre- quency sound combined with filiform needle treatment of facial paralysis and diabetic peripheral neuropathy, with music sequence of the five elements laws in Fu ling Jue in treating functional diarrhea and depression after stroke, which have achieved better clinical curative effect.
