葛根素对不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板颗粒膜蛋白、溶酶体膜蛋白及血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物和C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：观察葛根素对不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板颗粒膜蛋白(CD63)、溶酶体膜蛋白(CD62P)、血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,PAI-1)和C-反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein,CRP)的影响。方法:将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用葛根素治疗,对照组采用力抗栓治疗,经过4周连续治疗后,统计两组患者血小板CD63、CD62P、血浆PAI-1、C-RP的水平,并行统计学分析。结果:连续治疗4周后,两组患者观察指标均有显著改善,但治疗组患者各指标的改善幅度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在不稳定型心绞痛发生及发展过程中,血小板的活化、纤溶的机制异常的炎症反应物起着十分重要作用,而在抗血小板活化、改善纤溶活性及减轻炎症反应方面,葛根素具有十分突出的作用。本次实验证实:草根素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。Objective：To observe the effect of puerarin on CD63,CD62P,plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 （PAUl） and C-reac- tive protein（CRP） of patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods： 60 cases of patients with UAP were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each of 30 cases, the treatment group was given puerarin, and the control group was received antithrombotic therapy, after four weeks of continuous treatment, statistics platelet CD63, CD62P, plasma PAI-1 and C-RP levels of pa- tients in two groups and statistical comparison. Results ： After four weeks of continuous treatment, the observation indicators were signifi- cantly improved of the two groups, but the treatment group superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：In the occurrence and development process of UAP, the platelet activation and fibrinolytic mechanism of abnormal inflammatory reactants plays a very important role ;in platelet activation, improvement fibrinolytic activity and reduction inflammation re- action, puerarin has the very prominent role. This experiment has proved that the curative effect of puerarin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is remarkable.
