摘 要:采用三防整理剂对耐高温涤纶/液晶聚芳酯滤料进行整理,研究整理液浓度、烘培温度和烘培时间对滤料的防水性、防油性、防污性的影响。利用正交实验分析影响整理效果因素的主次顺序和最佳工艺,测定滤料的接触角和透气率两个指标,采用综合评分法把各指标数值折合为一定标准的分数,然后合并成一个总分进行分析。结果表明,影响因素的主次顺序为整理液浓度、烘焙温度和烘焙时间,三防整理的最佳工艺为整理液浓度25 g/L,烘焙温度180℃,烘焙时间1.5 min。The high temperature resistant polyester/Liquid crystal polyarylate filter fabric was finished by tri-proof finishing agent to investigate the influences of finishing liquid concentration, curing temperature and curing time on the water proof and oil resistant of filter fabric. The primary sequence of affecting factors and the optimum process was determined by orthogonal design. The contact angle and air permeability of filter fabric were measured. The comprehensive evaluation method was used, The indexes of contact angle and air permeability were added to arrive at a standard score. It was concluded that the primary sequence was finishing liquid concentration, curing temperature and curing time. The optimum process of tri-proof finishing was obtained as the finishing liquid concentration 25 g/L, curing temperature 180℃ and tile curing time 1.5 min.
