内生菌与宿主植物关系对中药材道地性研究的启示

摘　　要：评述内生菌与宿主植物关系的研究进展,并就其为中药材道地性研究带来的启示进行讨论。从内生菌的分布特点、内生菌与宿主植物的生长关系、内生菌对宿主植物抗逆性的影响、内生菌对宿主植物次生代谢产物的影响等方面可以看出,内生菌与宿主植物之间表现出互利共生、无害或微害寄生等关系,直接影响着中药材的品质。This paper summarizes the research development of the relationship between endophytes and host plants,and discusses the implications for research on geoherbalism. In this paper,we introduce the distribution features of endophytes,the relationship between endophytes and host plants,the effect of endophytes on host plants stress resistance and the effect of endophytes on secondary metabolites of host plants. This shows that the relationship between endophytes and host plants are mutualism,harmless or fewer harmful parastic relation,which impact on the quality of genuine medicinal materials.
