《伤暑论》辨证特色及临证用药探析

摘　　要：《伤暑论》从"暑"的角度论述外感热病的证治,以"伤暑"为温热病之总纲。根据疾病发生发展规律、临床表现、治疗特点等情况,分别从上中焦、中下焦合病进行关联病证分析与治疗。善于化裁前人古方,随证加减变化,或创立新方,对临床遣方用药有指导价值。The book Shangshu Lun discusses the differentiation and treatment of exogenous febrile diseases in view of＂Shu＂and treated ＂Shangshu＂as the general programme of febrile diseases. According to the rule of occurrence and development,clinical features and therapeutic characteristics of this disease,this book did syndrome differentiation and treatment from Shangzhongjiao and Zhongxiajiao respectively. This book is good at using ancient prescriptions and changes according to different syndromes,and set up new formula which is valuable for clinical medicine application.
