摘　　要：目的探讨Tei指数在左心室心肌致密化不全中的应用价值。方法对86例经胸超声心动图诊断的左心室心肌致密化不全患者按照左心室射血分数≥55%、45%~54%、〈45%的测值区间分为A组、B组、C组,分别与正常对照组D组进行Tei指数的分析比较。将具有临床症状及体征、心律失常、左心室舒张末径〉50 mm及血清脑钠肽浓度升高中的一项或一项以上的A组患者划分为A1组,其余为A2组。结果 A组的Tei指数与正常对照D组比较,差异无统计学意义（0.42±0.02 vs.0.38±0.02,P〉0.05）。B组、C组的Tei指数与正常对照D组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。A1组的Tei指数与正常对照D组比较,差异有统计学意义（0.47±0.02vs.0.38±0.02,P〈0.05）。结论应用Tei指数可以对左心室心肌致密化不全患者的左心室整体功能进行评价,可以提示早期左心室功能损害,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objectives To explore the value of Tei index in the diagnosis of left ventricular noncompaction. Methods A total of 86 patients were involved in this study,who were diagnosed with left ventricular noncompaction by transthoracic echocardiography. They were divided into three groups according to left ventricular ejection fraction（EF）measured by echocardiography ： group A with normal EF（≥55%）; group B with mild abnormal EF（45%-54%）;group C with severe abnormal EF（45%）; and compared with normal control group（group D）. Patients in group A were further divided into subgroup A1, which had the clinical symptoms or signs, arrhythmia, left ventricular enddiastolic diameter 50 mm or elevated concentration of brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）, and subgroup A2 for the rest.Results Tei index showed no difference between group A and group D（0.42 ±0.02 vs. 0.38 ±0.02,P〉0.05）. Tei indexes of patients in group B and group C had statistical significance compared with that in group D（P〈0.01）. Tei index of patients in subgroup A1 had statistical significance compared with that in group D（0.47±0.02 vs. 0.38±0.02,P〈0.05）. Conclusions Tei index can be used to evaluate left ventricular global function in patients with left ventricular noncompaction, which may suggest early damage of left ventricular function, showing highly clinical application value.
