摘　　要：阐述了基于ICD-9-CM-3的手术资质闭环管理平台的架构设计、功能模块设计与实施效果。该平台运用PDCA,打通了手术分级、资质授权、质量监测和能力评估4个环节,实现了手术资质授权的闭环管理,规范了医疗行为,强化了手术风险意识,有效保证了手术质量与安全。The architecture design, functionality design, and implementation effect of the surgical qualification authorization closed -loop management platform based on ICD -9 -CM -3 were described. The platform took PDCA cycle as management mode, and connected the four processes of surgery classification, qualification authorization, quality monitoring, and capability assessment. The platform achieved closed -loop management of surgical qualification authorization, regulated medical practice, strengthened the awareness of surgical risk, and effectively improved surgical safety.
