摘 要:采用ZrOCl_2·8H_2O、NH_3·H_2O为原料制备水热反应前驱物,以矿化剂(K_2O_3、KOH)溶液作为水热介质,PEG为分散剂,通过水热法合成纳米氧化锆粉末,利用XRD、SEM等分析测试手段对纳米ZrO_2粉末的物相组成、微观形貌、团聚现象等进行表征和分析.研究了PH值,水热反应温度,矿化剂含量,分散剂含量等对其物相组成、微观形貌、团聚现象的影响并提出相应解决方案.结果表明:在PH值为9、水热反应温度为230℃、分散剂(PEG)质量分数为1.5%、矿化剂(K_2O_3、KOH)比例K_(K_2O_3)/KOH=3:1的条件下,可制备出分散性良好,粉体粒径约为20 nm的纳米ZrO_2粉末.Nano-sized ZrO2 powders were synthesized by hydrothermal method using ZrOC12 · 8H2O and NH3 · H2O as hydrotheraml precursor raw materials and (K2O3, KOH)water/mineralizer solutions as hydrothermalme- dium;PEG as dispersant. The phase constitution , agglomerationand and physical properties of ZrO2 powders were tested by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of PH value ,hydrothermal reaction temperature and concentration of mineralizers and dispersant on the agglomeration of nano-sized ZrO2 pow- ders were investigated and some solutions were suggested accordingly. The result shows: well dispersed powder par- ticle size of about 20nm nano ZrO2 powder can be prepared by the solution which PH value of 9, the hydrothermal reaction temperature is 230 ℃, dispersing agent (PEG) content of 1.5%, mineralizer (K2O3, KOH) ratio KK2O3/KOH is 3: 1.
