摘　　要：探讨"五位一体"规范化病区管理模式在普外科病房管理中的应用及效果。"五位一体"规范化病区管理要求制订并采用"五化管理",明确医务人员及相关人员职责,实施规范化病区管理制度等。"五位一体"管理模式旨在提高病房管理质量,有效降低医疗风险。The application and effect evaluation of the ＂Five in One＂ standardized ward management mode in the Depart- ment of General Surgery was discussed. The ＂Five in One＂ standardized ward management required the development and use of ＂ five - management＂ to clearly definite responsibilities of medical staff and related personnel, the implementation of standardized ward management system. The ＂Five in One＂ standardized ward management mode was designed to improve the quality of ward management and effectively reduce medical risks.
