摘　　要：引入QC小组活动,遵循PDCA循环,应用多种QC工具与方法,积极制定对策并落实,将儿童哮喘平均住院日由12.13天缩短为8.12天,达到了活动目标。本次活动不仅缩短了儿童哮喘平均住院日,而且使哮喘诊疗更加规范,还带动了整个病区平均住院日的缩短。The QC group activity was introduced, with following the PDCA cycle, using a variety of QC tools and methods, and actively developing and implementing of countermeasures, to shorten the average length of stay for children with asthma from 12.13 days to 8.12 days, which reached the activity target. The project not only shortens the average length of stay of asthma and makes asthma treatment more standardized, but also leads to shorten the average length of stay among entire ward.
