摘　　要：依托村卫生室的地理和人员优势,充分发挥村卫生室的纽带作用,发掘占人口大多数的农民献血群体。既实现了农村卫生资源的优化配置,切实解决了血站技术人员和资金不足等问题,又提升了无偿献血宣传招募服务的覆盖率,为农村献血者提供了零距离、人性化的优质服务,达到了无偿献血宣传招募效果的最大化。With the advantages of geography and staff in the local village clinics, center blood station took advantage of the ties role of the village clinics to recruit the vast majority of rural donors, which achieved the optimal allocation of rural health resources, resolved the blood stations＇the problems of insufficient technical personnel and funds, and enhanced the publicity recruiting service coverage of volunteer blood donation. It provided rural blood donors with zero distance and humanized service, maximized propaganda and recruitment effect of volunteer blood donation.
