摘　　要：目的了解上海市公立医院视觉系统(VI)使用情况,探究各大医疗机构对VI系统的认知程度,以及VI系统导入对提升医院影响力的作用。方法对上海市34家三级甲等综合性医院VI系统责任部门进行调查(有效调查27家医院)。结果被调查的27家三级甲等综合性医院大多使用了VI系统。虽然被调查者普遍认为VI系统对提升医院影响力和员工归属感具有重要作用,但是真正投入和完善VI建设的医院较少。结论 VI系统能够传播医院精神文化内涵,提升了医院竞争力,有助于医院文化的传承和发展。Objective To investigate the use of visual identity （ VI ） system in public hospitals in Shanghai, explore the awareness of VI system among major medical institutions and the effect of VI on enhancing the impact of hospital. Method Investigation was performed in 27 three - level general hospitals in Shanghai. Result Among all 34 hospitals, most of the hospitals used VI system. It was generally believed that VI system has an important role on enhancing the impact of hospital and staff＇s sense of belonging, but few hospital truly invested and improved the VI construction. Conclusion The VI system can spread the spirit of the hospital culture, enhance the competitiveness of enterprise, and contribute to inheritance and development the enterprise culture.
