摘 要:目的观察抗纤灵方对高血压肾损害模型小鼠肾功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为5组,每组12只。正常组不做处理,模型组、蒙诺组、抗纤灵组行单侧肾切除及微渗泵灌注血管紧张素Ⅱ,生理盐水对照组行单侧肾切除及微渗泵灌注0.9%Na Cl溶液。各组进行相应干预。造模前及造模后第2、4周无创血压仪测小鼠血压,4周后收集实验各组小鼠的尿液测24 h尿蛋白定量,眶静脉采血检测血肌酐、尿素氮。结果 1造模后第2周,与正常组比较,生理盐水对照组、模型组血压升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,抗纤灵组、蒙诺组血压下降(P<0.05)。造模后第4周,抗纤灵组及蒙诺组血压较模型组下降(P<0.05)。2与正常组比较,模型组及生理盐水对照组的血肌酐水平均上升(P<0.05),模型组及蒙诺组的血尿素氮上升(P<0.05),模型组24 h尿蛋白定量显著下降(P<0.01),而抗纤灵方组和蒙诺组血肌酐较正常组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),抗纤灵方组血尿素氮较正常组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,生理盐水对照组及蒙诺组24 h尿蛋白定量显著下降(P<0.01)。结论抗纤灵方可降低高血压肾损害模型小鼠的血压,并具有保护肾功能的作用。Objective To investigate the Effects of Kangxianling prescription on renal function By Hypertensive renal damage in mice. Methods 60 mice with blood pressure were randomly divided into 5 groups. The Model group,fosinopril group, Kangxianling group of them underwent unilateral nephrectomy and infusion of angiotensin II using a micro-osmotic pump. The normal group Was not treated, physiological saline control group.underwent unilateral nephreetomy and infusion of physiological saline using a micro-osmotic pump. Each group were fed ad libitum, Kangxianling group with Kangxianling prescription administration by gavage once a day ; Monopril group were given Monopril by garage once a day; the rest of the group fed tap water, After 4 weeks of treatment, detected the killed mice. Urine of laboratory mice in each group was collected to measure 24-hour urine protein quantitative. The blood taken from orbital venous was used to test serum creatinine (Scr) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN). Results The experiment in the second week The levels of blood pressure in Kangxianling group and monopril group decline compared with those in the model group( P 〈 0.05 ). The experiment in the fourth week The levels of blood pressure in Kangxianling group and monopril group decline compared with those in the model group( P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of Scr in model group and saline control group significantly increased compared with those in the normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the BUN levels in the model and monopril group of significant increases than the normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; and the 24-hour urine quantitative protein in the normal group, saline control group and monopril group all decreased significantly compared with those in the normal group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), Conclusion This study shows that fiber resistance spirit can reduce blood pressure in mice, Kangxianling can improve the hypertensive renal damage mice renal function.
