摘 要:采用不同制备工艺(即Si C粉体的预氧化处理),以Al_2O_3-MgO-Y_2O_3为烧结助剂,在1900℃下无压烧结制备Si C陶瓷.用XRD和SEM分析Si C陶瓷微观结构和表面形貌.结果表明:碳化硅粉料未经预氧化处理,制备出的Si C陶瓷表面孔隙相对较小,密度相对较高;Si C粉料经预氧化处理后,在烧结过程中产生Y_3Al_5O_(12)相,但密度相对较低.Using different preparation process, Al2O3-MgO-Y2O3 as a sintering additives, Silicoti carbide ceram-ics were prepared by non-pressing and sintering at 1900 ℃,the phase composition and surfaee morphology of sili- con carbide ceramics on the surface were studied by XRD and SEM methods. The results showed that, deal Without pre oxidation process, the particles of SiC ceramics surface pores are relatively small, and the density is relatively high. In the sintering process of SiC powder, the Y3Al5O12 phase was produced, and the density of the material was de -creased, but the liquid phase was formed at the lower temperature, which can decrease the sintering temperature.
