摘  要:目的调查饮用水管网生物膜中弧菌的种群和数量,为控制弧菌相关疾病提供科学依据。方法采集中国东部某市饮用水管网生物膜样本13份,平皿计数法测定细菌菌落总数,硫代硫酸盐-柠檬酸盐-胆盐-蔗糖(TCBS)琼脂培养基分离培养弧菌,并用弧菌科细菌生化鉴定系统鉴定。结果 13份样本全部检出细菌,检出率为100%;弧菌检出率为53.85%(7/13);共鉴定海鱼弧菌、霍利斯弧菌和辛辛那提弧菌3种弧菌,检出率分别为30.77%(4/13)、23.08%(3/13)、7.69%(1/13);弧菌检出数达10^1 CFU/cm^2-2.65×10^3 CFU/cm^2。结论饮用水管网生物膜中存在大量弧菌,对人类健康有潜在的威胁。Objective To investigate the species and amount of Vibrio on biofilm collected from drinking water distribution system,in order to provide the scientific evidence for control of diseases caused by Vibrio. Methods Thirteen biofilm samples were collected from drinking water distribution system.Heterotrophic plate counts(HPC)was used to determine the bacteria amount.The Vibrio bacteria were cultured,isolated by TCBS culture medium,and then identified by biochemical methods. Results The positive rate of bacteria was 100%.Seven samples were positive for Vibrio with the overall positive rate of 53.85%.Vibrio damsel,Vibrio hollisae and Vibrio cincinnatiensis were identified,with the positive rates of 30.77%(4/13),23.08%(3/13),7.69%(1/13),respectively.The amount of Vibrio bacteria ranged from 10^1 CFU/cm^2 to 2.65×10^3CFU/cm^2. Conclusions High amount of Vibrio bacteria exist in biofilm of drinking water distribution system,which were potential risks for public health.
