摘 要:高校行政人员的绩效水平直接影响高校教学活动的开展以及教学质量的提高,进而影响整个高等教育的质量,而高校行政人员综合评价能够有效提升其绩效水平。论文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,以“德、能、勤、绩、廉”为标准,结合高校情况,构建了高校行政人员综合评价指标体系,然后选择序关系分析法为各指标赋权重,并在考虑多个评价者评价结果融合的需求下,应用D—S证据理论对各指标的得分进行了处理,得到最终的评价结果,最后引入了一个实例证明了该指标体系的可用性及合理性。The performance level of university administrative staffs directly affects the development of the teaching activities in col- lege and universities as well as the improvement of teaching quality, which affect the quality of the whole higher education, the ad- ministrative staffs in colleges and universities comprehensive evaluation can effectively enhance the level of its performance.Paper on the basis of summarizing the predecessors" research results, in order to "morality, ability, work, performance, inexpensive"as the standard, combining with the situation of colleges and universities, constructs the administrative Staffs ' comprehensive evaluation index system, and then select the order relation analysis method for the heavy weighting, and on the premise of considering the need of the fusion of multiple evaluators evaluation results, application of D-S evidence theory to the score of every index process- ing,then get the final evaluation results, finally introduces an example to prove the availability and rationality of index system.
