彭子益圆运动理论对湿证辨治的特点

摘　　要：民国医家彭子益圆运动理论对湿邪为病的辨治独具特色。对于湿邪的产生,彭氏提出"火在水下则生气,火在水上则生湿"的创见性认识。在治法上,对于传统发汗、利小便的祛湿治法别有见解,并提出健脾、达木、敛肺轴轮并用的治疗大法,对于临床有积极的指导意义。PENG ziyi,a physician living in the period of Republic of China,is distinguished by his differentiation and treatment of diseases caused by dampness pathogen by circular motiontheory. As for the formation of dampness pathogen,PENG advanced an original concept that ＂fire below water engendered qi,while fire above water generated dampness＂. In terms of treatment,besides the traditional way of inducing sweating and promoting urination,he proposed invigorating the spleen,smoothing the wood and astringing the lung as the therapeutic methods,which were of great clinical significance.
