冬令膏方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病生活质量和近期预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察冬令膏方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量和近期预后的影响。方法 :76例患者分为观察组40例,对照组36例,对照组予吸入剂常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用膏方治疗,比较两组生活质量SGRQ量表评分、CAT评分及急性发作次数等情况。结果:两组方法均能改善患者生活质量SGRQ评分(P<0.05),观察组总计分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后均能改善CAT评分(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组感冒次数、急性加重次数、急诊就诊次数比较,观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。住院次数比较,两组治疗方案无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:冬令膏方治疗能更好地改善COPD患者生活质量和近期预后。Abatract Objective：To observe the effects of winter paste on the life quality and short- term prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods：Seventy- six patients were divided into observation group（n= 40） and control group（n= 36）. The control group was given conventional inhalation therapy and the observation group was given conventional inhalation therapy combined with winter paste.The St. George Respiratory Questionnaire（SGRQ） and the COPD Assessment Test（CAT） scale were adopted to evaluate the life quality. The scores of the above scales and the frequency of acute episodes of the two groups were compared. Results：Both the two methods of the two groups can improve the life quality score of SGRO and CAT（P 〈0.05）,but the total score of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Times of having a influenza,acute exacerbation and needing emergency of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group（P 〈0.01）. There was no significant difference between the times of hospitalization of the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：Winter paste can improve the life quality and short- term prognosis of patients with COPD.
