摘　　要：景德镇陶瓷文化产业近年来虽发展较快,但仍存在着诸如产业集约化、规模化程度不高,创新力度不够等因素导致的高耗能、低环保的弊端。要突破这一弊端,使景德镇陶瓷文化产业走向低碳化可持续发展道路,人才和市场是其中最为关键的两个要素。人才是陶瓷文化产业低碳化可持续发展的根本,市场是陶瓷文化产业低碳可持续发展的保证。只有拥有人才、赢得市场,景德镇陶瓷文化产业才能走向低碳可持续发展的道路。although the development of Jingdezhen Ceramic cultural and creative industries is fast in recent years, there are still such as the intensification of the creative industries, the degree of the scale is not high enough with innovation development bottleneck. In the many factors that influence the development of ceramic cultural and creative industries, the talent and the market is the two most critical elements to crack the bottleneck of the development . The talent is the fundamental of the ceramic cultural and creative industries, the market is the guarantee of the development of the ceramic cultural and creative industries. Only has the talent and to win the market,the Jingdezhen Ceramic cultural and creative industries can break the bottleneck to the road of sustainable development.
