摘　　要：以丙烯酸乙酯为原料,乳液聚合法合成聚丙烯酸乙酯。应用自制的聚丙烯酸乙酯、海藻酸钙与羧甲基纤维素钠为凝胶骨架材料,乳糖为填充剂,与药物盐酸地尔硫卓一起直接压成片剂制备盐酸地尔硫卓缓释片。以正交实验设计法探索缓释片制备的最佳工艺条件,并对自制的新型盐酸地尔硫卓缓释片的释放度进行考察,为盐酸地尔硫卓缓释片新剂型的开发及应用提供一种新途径。Applied ethyl acrylate as raw material, emulsion polymerization method was used to synthesize polyacrylic acid ethyl es- ter. Self-made polyacrylic acid ethyl ester, calcium alginate and carboxymethyl cellulose sodium was used as gel framework material and lactose as the filler, diltiazem hydrochloride sustained release tablets was directly prepared. By orthogonal experimental design method, the optimum preparation conditions were explored, the drug release rate of the self-made diltiazem hydrochloride sustained release tablets was investigated.
