摘 要:目的研究适用于农村地区生活饮用水中氨氮检测的简便方法。方法采用课题组建立的微量纳氏试剂分光光度快速检测方法进行测定,在方法检测浓度范围内绘制标准曲线,分析方法的线性范围及可用性,通过测定空白样品20次,估算方法的检出限,并进行精密度和加标回收试验,对快速检测方法和国家标准检验方法的水样检测结果进行配对t检验。结果快速检测方法在浓度为0.02 mg/L^2.00 mg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)=0.999 3,检出限为0.01 mg/L。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.74%~2.47%,加标回收率为96.7%~100.0%。快速检测方法和722分光光度计纳氏试剂分光光度法的测定结果比较,差异无统计学意义。结论快速检测方法的操作简便、测定快速、结果准确、节省试剂,适用于农村地区饮用水中氨氮的检测。Objective To study a simple determination method for ammonia nitrogen in drinking water in rural areas. Meth- ods Rapid trace Nessler' s reagent spectrophotometry established in this study was used to determinate ammonia nitrogen in drinking water. The standard curve within concentration scope was obtained for analyzing the linearity range and availability of this method. The detection limit was estimated from the determination of btank sample for 20 times, and precision and standard addition recovery experiments were carried out, and Paired test was performed on the test results of the water samples with the rapid detection method and the national standard test method. Results Rapid test method has a linear relationship with concen- tration range of 0.02 mg/L- 2.00mg/L, detection limit of 0.01 mg/L, relative standard deviation(RSD) of among 0.74% - 2.47% , standard addition recovery rate of 96.7% - 100.0%. There was no statistical significance on the differences on water samples determination results between with rapid test method and national standard. Conclusion Rapid test method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can save reagent, which is suitable for the drinking water ammonia nitrogen test in the rural areas.
