摘  要:目的建立一种离子色谱-电导检测方法,用于同时测定雾霾空气PM2.5中的5种阳离子(Na+、NH+4、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+)。方法采用超声法对石英纤维滤膜上待测物进行提取,ICS-5000离子色谱仪进行测定,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果在一定的浓度范围内,各待测物的分离效果好,分离度≥1.8。在各自的线性范围内,各组分的峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均〉0.999。Na+、NH+4、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+的检出限分别为0.000 8μg/m3、0.002 5μg/m3、0.002 0μg/m3、0.002 0μg/m3、0.001 4μg/m3,各个组分的回收率为91.9%~108.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.2%~3.5%。结论该方法中样品处理简便、快速,方法的灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于雾霾天气PM2.5中Na+、NH+4、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+5种阳离子的检测。Objective To establish an ion chromatography - conductivity detection method for simultaneous determination of 5 kinds of cations( Na+ , NH4 , K + , Mg2+ and Ca2 + ) content in haze environment PM2.5. Methods To extract the test sub- stance on quartz fiber membrane filter through ultrasonic, to determine it by ICS - 5000 ion - chromatogragh, to identify in the staying time and to quantify with external standard method. Results The isolation effect was good when the concentration of test substance was among a certain range with the isolation value ≥ 1.8. Under each linearity range, the peak aear and the quality concentration showed good linearity in each group with the correlation coefficients of greater than 0.999, the limits of detection (LOD) of Na+, NH4+, K +, Mg2 +and C2+ were respectively 0. 000 8 μg/m3, 0. 002 5μg/m3, 0. 002 0μg/m3, 0. 002 0 μg/m3, 0.001 4 μg/m3. The standard recovery rate in each group was among 91.9% - 108.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) was among 0.2% - 3.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and highly sensitive for the determina- tion of 5 cations in haze environment PM2.5.
