摘 要:目的明确北京市门头沟区儿童A组溶血性链球菌(GAS)M蛋白基因(emm)各基因型别的分布情况。方法对哨点医院诊断为"猩红热和链球菌感染/扁桃体炎/咽峡炎"的193名患者的咽拭子标本进行GAS分离、鉴定;应用PCR法扩增emm基因并测序,通过序列比对确定GAS的emm基因型别,并比较不同性别、不同年龄组、不同临床诊断人群间的emm基因型别差异。结果从193份咽拭子标本中,分离出GAS 47株,阳性率为24.35%。其中emm基因阳性菌株共44株,emm基因型别共3种,分别为emm1、emm12和emm STG。结论北京市门头沟区儿童携带GAS的emm基因型别在不同人群、不同疾病间分布差异无统计学意义。Objective To identify the distribution of each genotype of M protein( emm) gene in group A hemolytic streptococcus( GAS) isolated from children in Mentougou district of Beijing. Methods The throat swab specimens collected from cases who were diagnosed as scarlet fever and streptococcal infection / tonsillitis / isthmitis were conducted for the isolation and identification of GAS. The emm gene was amplified by PCR and sequenced,and the emm genotype of GAS was determined by sequence alignment,and the differences in types of emm gene among different years,different people and different diseases were compared through sequencing method. Results Among 193 throat swab specimens,47 strains of β-hemolytic Streptococcus were isolated,with the positive rate of 24. 35%. The emm gene positive strains was 44,there were 3 genetypes of the emm,including emm1,emm12,emm STG. Conclusion The emm genotypes distribution difference in population of different ages and different diseases wasn't statistically significant.
