摘　　要：文章在简述国内外区域医疗联合体发展情况的基础上,分析了新医改背景下国内区域医疗联合体在管理体制、双向转诊渠道、群众认知、卫生信息平台建设等方面所面临的挑战,提出了建立完善的运营机制、加强基层人才培养、加大宣传力度、建立网络信息共享平台、建立分级诊断治疗机制、统筹完善医疗保险支付政策的对策建议。On the basis of a brief introduction to the development of domestic and international regional medical as sociation,this paper analyzes the challenges of the new medical reform in China,including such aspects as the manage- ment system, two--way referral channel, public awareness, health information platform construction, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to establish and improve the operational mechanism, strengthen the training of person- nel working at basic health institutions, strengthen the publicity, establish the network information sharing platform, es- tablish the classified diagnosis and treatment mechanism, and promote medical insurance payment.
