摘　　要：涤棉锦弹性织物染整工艺开发,前处理在退煮漂联合机上进行,染色在平幅打底焙烘水洗机上进行。在锦纶、涤纶和棉三种纤维共同存在下,每一种纤维采用的染料不同,因此染色方式有多种组合。不同的组合,对染色指标要求不同。对各种连续染色组合工艺进行试验,优选出了适合的工艺流程,即采取涤、锦一浴一步法染色再活性染棉的工艺,指标满足要求,生产效率有较大提高。The dyeing and finishing process of polyester-cotton-nylon elastic fabric is developed, that is, pretreatment on the desizing, scouring and bleaching range, and dyeing on the open-width padding, cur- ing and washing range. As the presence of polyester, cotton and nylon components, the dyeing meth- ods have a variety of combinations with different dyes. After combination experiments of continuous dyeing, the suitable process is obtained as follws： the one bath and one step dyeing for polyester and nylon, and then reactive dyeing for cotton. The indicators of the fabric can meet the requirements, and the production efficiency is improved greatly.
