摘 要:用制革废革屑提取胶原蛋白粉(Collagen power,CP),然后对之进行改性,分别制得丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、三聚氰胺改性蛋白树脂CP-AA、CP-MA和CP-ME,最后研究了它们在复鞣中的应用。结果表明:3种改性蛋白树脂均能减少染整综合废水中的总铬,提高成革的收缩温度和力学强度。CP-ME减少废水中总铬的表现最优,在2类染整综合废水中总铬减排百分率可达19.5%和36.4%,经其复鞣的皮革革身紧实,粒面细致,收缩温度可达121.2℃;CP-AA和CP-ME能较好地分散皮革纤维,所得成革丰满、柔软,增厚率分别为6.03%和9.79%。Collagen power (CP) extracted from leather shavings was used to prepare acrylic acid modified collagen resin (CP - AA), methacrylic acid modified collagen resin ( CP - MA) and melamine modified collagen resin ( CP - ME). The above three products were used in the retanning progress. The final experiment shows that the three kinds of modified collagen resins are able to reduce chromium content in dyeing and finishing waste water, and improve the shrinkage temperature and physical - mechanical properties of leather. CP - MA is best at reducing chromium content, the percentage of reduction in two kinds of dyeing and finishing waste water can reach 19.5% and 36.4%. Leather treated by CP - MA has a good fine grain and firm body, with the shrinkage temperature up to 121.2℃. CP -AA and CP - ME perform well in dispersing collagen fiber, leather samples treated by them both have better fullness and perfect softness, the ratio of the leather thickness are 6. 03% and 9. 79%, respectively.
