生产甲醇的强噪声设备所在场所的降噪及个体防护

摘　　要：对某甲醇生产企业装置区内生产装置进行噪声治理。采取以下工程措施降噪:对空压机泵设置隔声罩;对中高压管网排空口安装阻性消声器;对现场值班室进行吸声与隔声处理。并对以上措施进行声学设计理论计算。隔声房、消声器设置后,噪声值达到《工业企业设计卫生标准》中的要求。实测数据证实噪声治理措施的有效性。根据工人巡检设备噪声特性,选择合适的防护耳罩达到保护工人听力的效果。The noise control of the equipment in a methanol production plant was carried out. The noise enclosure was set up for the air compressor and the dissipative silencer was installed in the exhaust exit of the medium-high pressure pipeline network. Sound absorption and insulation devices were set up for the duty room. It was found that after setting up the silencer room and the muffler at the exhaust exit of the pressure pipeline network, the noise emission values can satisfy the requirements in the GB standard of"Hygienic standards for the design of industrial enterprises". The measurement data further confirms the effectiveness of the noise control measures. According to the noise characteristics of the devices, the appropriate protective earmuff can be chosen to protect the personal audition.
