摘  要:利用电压空间矢量原理,通过同时调节电机输入电压的幅值和频率,得到适当的电压矢量,从而提高电机启动转矩。提出了实现不同频率电压的电压矢量触发方式和使电机平稳启动的相邻频率电压矢量切换方法。采用仿真软件Matlab对所搭建的控制系统进行建模与仿真,采用STM32搭建了该软启动器的控制系统进行现场电机启动试验。仿真结果、现场试验结果与传统软启动数据进行对比,结果表明基于电压空间矢量软启动控制策略有利于提高电机的启动转矩。In accordance with the principle of voltage space vector,through regulating the amplitude and frequency of the input voltage,the appropriate voltage vector is to be obtained so as to improve the starting torque.A presentation is made of the voltage vector triggering method under different frequencies and the voltage vector switching method for the adjacent frequency of the motor in terms of stable starting.Matlab,a kind of simulation software,is used to model and simulate and STM32 is used to build the control system of the soft starter in field motor starting test.Compared statistically with the traditional soft starting results as well as simulation results,the test results show that soft starting control strategy based on the voltage space vector is advantageous to improving the starting torque of the motor.
