多接管标准椭圆形封头应力分析与安全评定

摘  要:通过有限元方法对含多接管的标准椭圆形封头进行应力分析与安全评定,发现开孔结构造成封头顶部承载区域减小,同时开孔结构不连续造成了顶部应力增大,在封头顶部接管包围区域的应力值较不开孔封头结构最大应力增大了1.6倍;随着开孔直径的增大,两接管的距离减小,从而造成两接管产生干涉效应,对结构的整体性安全性产生影响;最后对多接管椭圆形封头进行安全评定。The stress analysis and safety assessment of a standard ellipsoidal head with several nozzles are studied through the finite element method. It is found that the stress value at the top of the head is increased by 1. 6 times than that with no nozzle when the bearing area on the top of the head is reduced;With the increase of the hole diameter, the distance between nozzles is decreasing, thus it is resulted in interferential effect and influence on the structure of the overall safety. The safety assess-ment of the multi-nozzle elliptical head is carried out in the end.
