摘  要:数控铣削加工工艺流程包括毛坯选择、确定加工工艺路线、合理设定加工工序、刀具的选择和设定以及切削参数的选择等,从手工编制工艺卡到编程输出,耗时较长严重影响生产效率,通过数铣图形参数化编程系统零件工艺设计,将实现从计算机零件图形到加工工艺的智能化编制与实施,提高零件设计到加工的效率、缩短生产周期。The CNC milling process includes choosing the workblank, determining the processing craft route, reasonably set-ting the machining process, choosing the cutting tool, and selecting the cutting parameters, etc. , from manual programming process card to the output program, it is a time-consuming process that would seriously influence the production efficiency. In this paper, the intelligent design and implement from the computer graphics to the processing craft could be realized through the process design of parts in CNC milling machine graphic parametric programming system, thus to improve the design and processing efficiency of parts, and to shorten the production cycle.
