摘  要:为解决直径Oo.1+0.01mm,深度2mm的深微孔加工问题,在成形电火花加工机床上,采用块电极反拷磨削方式实现了直径0.07~0.08mm,长度3.5mm的微细电极在线制作。利用机床的接触感知功能,实现了微细电极的在线测量。采用制作好的微细电极进行小孔加工,通过慢速进给、快速回退以及工件倒置装夹的方式,实现了深度2mm的深微孔加工,深径比达20:1。In order to drill the micro hole whose diameter is 0. 1mm and the depth is 2mm, the micro electrode with diameter of 0. 07~0. 08mm and length of 3. 5mm is fabricated on-line by using the block electrical discharge grinding method based on the forming EDM machine tool. The micro electrode is measured on-line by using the machine function of contact discharge. Then the fabricated micro electrode is used to drill the micro hole. The micro hole with depth of 2mm is obtained by using the measures including feeding slowly, rollbacking rapidly and clamping workpiece inversion, and the ratio of depth to diameter is 20 :1.
