摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法对90例2型糖尿病患者[糖尿病组,根据糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测结果分为HbA1c<7%组(50例)、HbA1c(40例)≥7%组]和90例健康体检者(正常对照组)采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清BDNF水平,采用高效液相色谱法检测糖尿病组和正常对照组全血HbA1c水平,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果与正常对照组比较,糖尿病组血清BDNF水平明显降低,全血HbA1c水平明显升高(均P<0.05);与HbA1c<7%组比较,HbA1c≥7%组血清BDNF水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清BDNF水平显著低于正常人群,可能与糖代谢水平有关。ABSTRACT:Objective To discuss the change in serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels and its clinical significance in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Serum BDNF levels were detec-ted by ELISA and blood glycosylated hemoglobin levels were measured by HPLC in 90 patients with type 2 diabetes(diabetes group,50 patients with HbA1c levels< 7% and 40 patients with HbA1c levels≥ 7%)and 90 healthy subjects(control group).Results Compared with control group,serum BDNF levels decreased and blood HbA1c levels increased in diabetes group(P <0.05).Compared with patients with HbA1c levels<7%,serum BDNF levels decreased in patients with HbA1c levels≥7%(P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal popylation serum BDNF levels significantly decreased in type 2 diabetic patients and may be related to the level of glucose metabolism.
