贵州警务体制机制改革成效探析

摘　　要：在贵州省委、省政府的高度重视和大力支持下,贵州公安不断创新思维并积极践行,在警务体制机制改革方面取得了些许成效:注重警务模式创新,警务效能明显提高;切实践行"执法为民"理念,大力推行服务型警务;重视并推动警力下沉,基层警力配置与基础工作得到加强;施行科技强警战略,公安工作现代化水平明显提升;注重队伍建设,民警执法素质大幅提升;打防"双拳组合"出击,社会治安形势根本好转。With the vigorous support of Guizhou provincial party committee and provincial government, Guizhou police keeps innovative thinking and active practice in the reform of police system mechanism. So far the following measures have been taken and some achievements have been accomplished：focus on policing model innovation and significantly improve the effectiveness of police; put into the practice of law enforcement for the people and carry out the service -oriented policing; promote sinking the police and strengthen grassroots police configuration and basic work; implement the science and technology police strategy and improve the level of public security moderni- zation; pay attention to team building and greatly enhance the quality of police enforcement; enhance the fighting and prevention of crime and the situation of social security has been better.
