痤疮的光电学治疗进展

摘　　要：痤疮是一种毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症,其发病机制比较复杂,目前单纯药物治疗效果并不理想,而在临床中采用药物治疗配合物理治疗的方法则取得了很好的治疗效果。在物理治疗中,随着医学技术的发展,光电学治疗痤疮的应用在临床中有着一定的效果。常用的光电学疗法包括红光、蓝光治疗,红蓝光联合治疗,点阵激光治疗以及离子导入治疗等,以上方法配合药物治疗痤疮患者,在临床上取得了较好的疗效。Acne is a chronic inflammation of the hair follicle sebaceous glands, its pathogenesis is more complex, the effect is not ideal, but in the clinical use of drug treatment with physical therapy method has achieved very good results. In physical therapy, with the development of medical technology, the application of photoelectric treatment of acne has a certain effect in clinic. Among the commonly used photoelectric therapy including red, blue light treatment, red blue laser treatment, laser therapy, and ion introduction therapy, the above method with drug treatment in clinical ache patients achieved good curative effect.
