摘 要:目的识别与分析某炸药生产线建设项目在生产过程中可能产生职业病危害因素的主要环节,确定职业病危害类别并提出建设性意见和防护办法。方法本文职业病危害预评价项目对不同的评价内容分别采用类比法、检查表分析法进行定性和定量评价。结果项目的选址、总体布局、卫生管理措施、危害防护设施、设备布局、辅助用室设置、建筑卫生学、应急救援、个人防护措施等符合卫生学的基本要求。主要危害因素为煤尘、氨、一氧化碳、噪声和高温。类比检测结果粉尘TWA为0.4mg/m3;氨STEL为0.3—3.4mg/m3,TWA为0.2~2.0mg/m3;一氧化碳STEL为〈1.25mg/m3;噪声62.2~88.7dB(A);室内WBGT为27.1~28.7℃。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,但项目实施过程中,若能落实可行性研究报告中提出的有关防护措施和本预评价报告中提出的有关职业病危害防护对策,落实卫生工程措施,则拟建项目发生职业病危害的风险较小。Objective Identification and analysis of an explosive production line construction project in the process of production may produce the main steps of occupational-disease-inductive factors, determine the type of occupational disease hazards and put forward constructive suggestions and protective measures. Methods In this paper, the occupational disease hazard pre-assessment project evaluation content, respectively, by adopting the analogy method of different checklist analysis method for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The project site selection, general layout, health management measures, hazard prevention facilities, equipment, auxiliary room layout settings, hygiene, emergency rescue, personal proteetive measures in accordance with the basic demands of hygiene. Main risk factors for the coal dust, NH3, CO, noise and high temperature. Dust TWA analogy test result is 0.4 mg/m3; Ammonia STEL is 0.3~3.4 mg/m3, TWA is 0.2~2.0 rag/m3; Carbon monoxide STEL is〈1.25 mg/m3; Noise is 62.2-88.7 dB(A) ; Indoor WBGT is 27.1-28.7℃. Conclusions This project belongs to the occupational-disease-inductive heavy construction projects, but in the process of project implementation, if can put forward the relevant protective measures to carry out the feasibility study report and the pre-assessment report about occupational hazard protective measures, to carry out the health engineering measures, less risk of occupational hazards in the proposed project.
