摘　　要：当前电子档案管理中存在很多问题和误区,严重影响到电子档案的形成、管理和利用。文章结合当前我国电子档案管理中存在的误区和问题,通过分析电子档案的本质属性,从技术及其合理应用、管理机制等角度探讨了电子档案原始性的保障策略问题,以期引发更多的实践经验总结和理论研究成果。There are many problems and misunderstanding in electronic archives management,which misleads the formation, management and utilization of electronic archives. The paper combines these problems and misunderstanding, analyses the essential attributes of electronic archives, and researches the warranty strategy about originality of electronic archives from technique and its use, management mechanism.
