药事管理专业人才培养与执业药师职责发挥的一致性分析

摘　　要：目的:探析药事管理专业人才培养与我国执业药师职能发挥的一致性。方法:运用文献分析与对比分析,从专业属性、课程设置、能力培养等方面,考察药事管理专业人才培养与我国执业药师职能要求的一致性。结果与结论:国内早期获批开展药事管理专业人才培养的医药院校在学位设定、课程设计、目标要求上均符合执业药师当前要求和未来发展的需要。Objective： To probe into the consistency between training of professional talents for pharmacy administration and exertion of functions of Chinese licensed pharmacists. Methods： The literature analysis and the comparative analysis were conducted to examine the consistency between professional training of pharmacy administration and requirements of Chinese licensed pharmacist functions from the aspects of professional attributes of pharmacy administration, curriculum and ability training. Results and Conclusion： Through comparative analysis, medical colleges which were early approved to carry out professional training of talents of pharmacy administration can meet the current requirements for licensed pharmacists and the need in future development on aspects of degree setting, curriculum design and target requirements.
