马齿苋多糖在动物生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着一些药物和抗生素在动物饲料中被禁止使用,以及畜禽和水产养殖规模的不断扩大,寻找能够替代药物、抗生素和其他化学物质的新型免疫调节剂成为研究热点。作为药用植物的马齿苋引起了许多研究者的关注,人们对马齿苋及其提取物,尤其是对马齿苋多糖进行了广泛地研究。文章对马齿苋多糖的提取方法,及其在动物机体内的抗氧化、免疫调节、抑菌以及抗肿瘤等方面的功能进行综述,以进一步促进马齿苋多糖的应用研究与开发利用。Along with the veto of some drugs and antibiotics in animal compound feed, and the development of husbandry and aquaculture, searching new immunomodulators became research hotspots. Portulaca oleracea Linn, a medicinal plant, has attracted the attention of many researchers. P.oleracea Lirm and its extracts, especially the polysaccharide, has been widely studied recently. To further promote the research and utilization of P.oleracea Linn, the extract methods of polysaccharide in P.oleracea Linn and its functions, such as antioxidation, immunoregulation, bacteriostatic and antibiosis in animal body were reviewed.
