摘　　要：新的中央商务区位于历史中心的十字路口，周边布满小型住宅，新建的这座幼儿园同附近的教堂设施互相配合，相得益彰。同时从城市设计的角度来看，它也承担了两个特殊的功能。首先，由于它位于该片住宅区的最南端，因而屏蔽了街道对幼儿园室外操场和后面住宅区可能产生的影响；其次，基地地处原有火车站广场前，新建筑全长75m，采取不规则折叠屋面，对原本杂乱的城市空间起到了清晰的界定作用。浅色砖砌的立面和沿长向立面布局的多个凉廊使幼儿园外观显得热情而开放，At the intersection of the historic centre, the new central business district, and small- scale residential neighbourhoods, this new ＂Kinderhaus＂ operates in concert with the nearby church-run facilities. At the same time it fulfils two distinct functions at the urban scale. First, its location on the southern edge of the property screens the new facility＇s outdoor play area and the houses behind it from the street. Second, the 75-metre-long structure, topped with an irregularly folded roof, provides a clear edge that stabilizes the heterogeneous urban space on the site of the former square fronting the train station.
