摘  要:目的:研究以芒、矾为中心离子配位络合对大鼠肠系膜血流的影响,探讨不同络合时间对血流影响的程度。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为第1、2、3组,每组10只,分别电离络合作用10 s、30 s、60s。观察比较同一区域3组大鼠电离络合作用前后肠系膜毛细血管交点数及通过毛细血管的红细胞数。结果:电离络合作用30s、60s后肠系膜的毛细血管交点数均减少,与同组络合前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);电离络合作用10s、30s、60s后单位时间通过大鼠肠系膜毛细血管的红细胞数均减少,与同组络合前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对于较细小的毛细血管,电离络合前血管内红细胞排列紧密,并能顺利连续通过,电离络合30s后血管内红细胞排列稀疏,不能连续通过血管,出现血流停滞、中断。结论:以芒、矾为中心离子络合可促使血栓形成,堵塞毛细血管,有效减慢甚至阻断大鼠肠系膜血流。Objective : To investigate the effect of coordination complexation with mirabilite and alum as centers on mesenterie blood flow in rats, and to discuss the influence of complexation time on blood flow. Methods:Thirty Sprague -Dawley rats were randomized into group l, group 2, and group 3, with 10 rats in each group, and the time for ionic complexation was 10 s ,30 s, and 60 s, respectively. The number of capillary junctions within the same re- gion of the mesentery and the number of red blood cells passing through the capillaries were observed for the rats in the three groups. Results : The number of capillary junctions decreased significantly after ionic eomplexation for 30 s and 60 s(P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 );the number of red blood cells passing through the capillaries decreased signifi- cantly after ionic complexation for 10 s,30 s, and 60 s (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). As for fine capillaries, the red blood cells were arranged closely and could pass through the capillaries continuously before ionic complexation;after ionic eomplexation for 30 s, the red blood cells were arranged loosely and could not pass through the capillaries continu- ously, and thus blood stasis and interruption occurred. Conclusion:Ionic complexation with mirabilite and alum as centers can promote thrombosis, block capillaries, and slow down or even obstruct the mesenteric blood flow in rats.
