摘  要:分别对燃气注汽锅炉在常规空气环境和富氧空气环境下运行进行计算。依据计算结果,从燃料消耗、鼓风机耗电量、燃烧产物生成量等方面比较分析两种燃烧环境产生的经济效益。分析后发现,富氧空气燃烧减少了燃料消耗量,节省率为1.4%;鼓风机耗电量每年减少73 872 k W·h,每年节约电费4万元;燃烧产物收集成本降低,可实现燃烧产物的收集和销售。结合分析结果,富氧燃烧在燃气注汽锅炉上应用能够提高锅炉经济性。Calculation is made respectively on the gas steam injection boiler using conventional air combustion and oxygen-enriched air combustion. Economic benefits are analyzed from the aspects such as the fuel consumption, blower power consumption and flue gas amount. The results show, compared with the boiler using conventional air combustion, the fuel consumption of the boiler with oxygen-enriched combustion reduce by 1.4%; power consumption of the blower reduce by 73 872 k W·h every year and save electricity 40 000 yuan every year; combustion products collect cost can be lower, and collection and sales of products of combustion can be realized. In conclusion, using oxygen-enriched combustion in gas steam injection boiler can improve the efficiency.
