摘 要:目的探讨手足口病患儿发病早期心肌酶谱及IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-8水平变化。方法收集248例手足口病患儿血清,根据心肌酶谱分为心肌酶异常组125例、心肌酶正常组123例,另选取104例健康体检儿童血清作为对照组,用ELISA法检测IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-8水平。结果心肌酶正常组和心肌酶异常组与对照组比较IL-2、IL-4、IL-8水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但心肌酶正常组与心肌酶异常组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。心肌酶异常组IL-5水平与心肌酶正常组相比有所升高,较对照组则明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-8在手足口病发病早期具有一定的临床诊断价值,发病早期心肌酶是否异常不能单独作为病情严重程度的判定标准。其中IL-5联合心肌酶在手足口病早期感染阶段可能有一定价值。Objective To study the diversify of myocardial enzymes spectrum and IL-2,IL-4,IL-5 and IL-8 in children with early hand-foot-mouth disease( HFMD). Methods 248 cases of serum from HFMD patient children were collected and divided into the normal myocardial enzymes group( n = 123) and the abnormal myocardial enzymes group( n = 125) according to myocardial enzymes spectrum,and 104 cases of serum from healthy children were taken as control group. The IL-2,IL-4,IL-5 and IL-8 levels were tested by enzyme-link immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results The differences of the IL-2,IL-4,IL-8 levels among normal myocardial enzymes group,abnormal myocardial enzymes group and the control group were statistically significant( P〈0. 05),but there was no statistical significance on the difference between the normal myocardial enzymes group and the abnormal myocardial enzymes group( P〈0. 05). The IL-5 level in the abnormal myocardial enzymes group increased,compared with the that in the mormal myocardial enzymes group,and increased significantly compared with the that in the health control group,with the differences all statistically significant among the three groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion IL-2,IL-4,IL-5 and IL-8 has clinical diagnostic value in the early stage of HFMD,while,the abnormality of myocardial enzymes can not be used as a criterion alone for the severity of the disease. And the combined detection of IL-5 and myocardial enzymes may have some value in the early stage of HFMD.
