摘  要:目的探讨普通病房3种空气净化方式的净化效果,指导制定不同状态的病房个体化空气环境净化消毒方案。方法应用自然通风、紫外线灯和负离子空气净化器3种空气净化方式,分别对病房空气净化前后采样,进行环境空气细菌学监测,分析对可疑致病菌或条件致病菌的净化消毒效果及与医院感染的关系。结果 3种净化消毒方式均能达到Ⅱ类环境空气消毒标准(<200 cfu/m3),且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但自然通风对室内空气的可疑致病菌或条件致病菌仅有稀释净化作用而无消毒灭菌效果;空气环境中可疑致病菌或条件致病菌与医院感染具有相关性。结论3种空气净化方式均能达到理想效果,可根据病室内具体环境选择不同方式;并密切监测可疑致病菌或条件致病菌,预防医院感染的发生。Objective To explore the purification effectiveness of 3 air clean methods in wards,so as to formulate individual air purification and disinfection programs for wards under different states. Methods 3 air purification methods of natural ventilation,ultraviolet lamp and anion air purifier were respectively applied,air in wards was sampled for environment air bacterial monitoring before and after air purification,and their purification and disinfection effectiveness to suspected or conditional pathogenic bacteria,and relationship with hospital infection was evaluated. Results The 3 kinds of purification and disinfection methods could all meet the air disinfection categoryⅡ standard( 200 cfu / m3),and there were no statistical significance on the differences( P〈0. 05). However,as for natural ventilation,there was no disinfection and sterilization effectiveness on indoor air in addition to the dilute purification. The correlation between suspected or conditional pathogenic bacteria and the pathogenic bacteria in environment air and hospital infection was obvious. Conclusion 3 kinds of air purification methods can achieve the desired effectiveness,and be chosen according to specific indoor environment in wards; and close monitoring of suspicious or conditional pathogenic bacteria can be used for the prevention of hospital infection.
