摘  要:目的了解开平市电镀企业工作场所空气中有害物质污染的基本情况,为切实做好今后企业的职业卫生防护工作提供参考。方法按照国家标准方法于2014年对开平市13家民营电镀企业工作场所空气中有害物质进行设点采样检测,覆盖总粉尘、氯化氢及盐酸、硫酸、镍、铜、氰化氢、三氯乙烯共7种有害物质。结果 13家企业共检测车间空气样品669份,合格633份,总合格率为94.6%。其中三氯乙烯的合格率最低(47.4%),其次是硫酸(96.8%),其他有害物质的合格率均为100.0%,其中硫酸合格的厂家为84.6%,三氯乙烯合格的厂家为20.0%。结论该年度开平市电镀企业的硫酸和三氯乙烯污染情况不容乐观,企业应改善通风排毒措施,做好个人防护。Objective To evaluate the status of occupational hazard materials in workplace air of electroplating enterprises in Kaiping,so as to provide evidence for the application of protection measures to occupational health in electroplating enterprises.Methods Based on the current national occupational hazards standards,the total dust,hydrogen chloride,hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,nickel,copper,hydrogen cyanide,trichloroethylene were detected in 13 electroplating enterprises in Kaiping in2014. Results 669 air samples were collected from the workplace of 13 electroplating enterprises. 633 air samples were qualified,with the overall qualified rate of 94. 6%,among which the qualified rate of trichloroethylene was the lowest( 47. 4%),the second lowest was sulfuric acid( 96. 8%),and that of the other hazard materials were 100. 0%. The electroplating enterprises with qualified sulfuric acid was 84. 6%,and the trichloroethylene was 20. 0%. Conclusion The pollution of sulfuric acid and trichloroethylene are severe in electroplating enterprises of Kaiping,thus,electroplating enterprises should improve facilities and take measurements for ventilation and toxicant elimination,as well as personal protection.
