摘  要:为解决大型PX装置用循环氢压缩机的国产化,以一实际工业用循环氢离心压缩机为研究对象,针对该压缩机组多工况、宽工况的特殊使用条件,利用气动计算软件,对该压缩机的气动计算及叶轮选型进行了详细的论证与分析。通过采用高效宽流量范围三元叶轮及减少压缩机叶轮级数,合理匹配叶轮流量范围,以提高整机的流量范围,使之满足工艺流程所需的要求。设计结果表明:设计的离心压缩机在小流量工况运行时,运行点完全满足压缩机所需设置防喘振线的安全裕度,而在大流量工况运行时,远离压缩机的喘振区域,在满足压缩机气体吸入量的情况下保证了该运行点的安全性,完全满足了该压缩机组多工况、宽工况的设计要求。In order to achieve nationalization of Recycle hydrogen compressor used in large-scale PX installation, a practical industrial recycle hydrogen centrifugal compressor was studied in this paper. According to the multiple and wide load spelial working condition, the demonstration and analysis of aerodynamic design of the compressor under multiple and wide load were carried out, which was achieved by aerodynamic calculation software. A 3-D impeller with high efficiency and wide flow range was used, and compressor stages were reduced to match the flow range of impeller, so the flow range of the machine was improved. The results of aerodynamic design showedthat the compressor worked in the safe range of anti-surge for small flow, while it worked in the safe range and far away from surge area for the large flow, which satisfied design requirements for multiple and wide load cases.
