米易县山药产业现状与发展对策

摘　　要：四川省米易县地处南亚热带区域,光热充足、昼夜温差大、干湿季节明显、雨量适中、山地资源丰富,所产山药产量高、品质优,是适宜栽培山药的最好区域之一。山药作为一种药用、食用、工业原料等用途广泛的经济作物,产量较高,近年来得到了米易县政府的鼓励和支持,米易县山药栽培面积已达700hm2,是四川省山药面积最大的产区,成为当地农民增收的重要手段之一。分析了四川省米易县山药产业的优势与生产现状,指出山药生产中存在的问题,提出发展对策,为推动米易县山药产业的可持续发展提供参考。Miyi County of Sichuan Province, was located in the south subtropical zone, the heat and moisture was sufficient, the temperature dif- ference between day and night, the dry wet season was obvious, the rainfall was moderate, the mountain was rich in resources, the output was high, the quality was excellent, and it was one of the best suitable for the cultivation of Chinese yam. Yam as a medicinal, edible, industrial raw materials and other economic crops, high yield, in recent years. Encouraged and supported by the Miyi County, yam cultivation areas reached 700hm2 , it was the largest area of yam in Sichuan Province, and it was as one of the important means to increase the farmers＇ income. This paper analyzed the advantages and the production status of yam industry in Miyi County of Sichuan Province, and pointed out the problems existing in the production of Chinese yam, and put forward the development strategy, which provided reference to promote the sustainable development of Chinese yam industry in Miyi County.
