麝香的研究现状

摘　　要：麝香是名贵稀有的中药材,有"诸香之冠"的美誉。近年来,科研工作者对麝香的药学、药理毒理、临床应用、新药研发进行了研究。通过文献查阅,综述了麝香的化学成分、提取工艺、质量鉴定、含量测定、药理作用、毒理作用、临床常用、临床新用、中成药制剂等研究进展,指出麝香的药用历史沿革、现代系统研究不足等问题,提出了开展麝香的溯源研究、有效物质基础与毒效相关性研究、天然麝香与人工麝香比较研究等新的研究思路,以期为麝香的进一步研发提供参考。As a rare traditional Chinese medicinal material, moschus got a reputation of ＂the fragrant crown＂. In recent years, many research workers studied its pharmacy, pharmacology and toxicology, clinical application and new drug R＆D. In this paper, advanced on chemical composition, extraction process, quality identification, content determination, pharmacological and toxicological action, clinical application, proprietary Chinese medi- cine of moschus were summarized through literature review, the problems of the medicinal history and the modem system research of mosehus were pointed out, and then some new research ideas of moschus such as origins, the relativity between effective material basis and toxicity - effect, comparison of nature moschus and artificial musk were proposed to provide reference for thorough research and development.
