摘　　要：事业单位是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,对我国经济发展有着至关重要的作用。在我国市场经济体制改革深化的同时,对事业单位经济管理目标也越来越重视。本文对新形势下事业单位经济管理的目标进行了分析和探索,希望能对我国事业单位发展提供良好的方向。At present, there are many problems in the assessment scheme of transfer section in the three-two sub section training mode, such as assessment time, assessment method. assessment content and so on. The scheme should be reformed and innovated in accordance with demands of collaboration with the secondary school and higher vocational college, competence core, and system training. The new assessment scheme of tourism management adopts “the comprehensive appraisal＋skills” test mode, combines standardization with flexibility, focuses on the comprehensive quality and professional skills, and gives full play to the autonomy and motivation of the secondary schools and higher vocational colleges.
