浅谈高职高专院校在新形势下提升大学生就业竞争力的途径

摘　　要：近几年来,高职高专院校学生的就业形势非常严峻,引起了各界的高度重视。如何进一步提高高职高专院校学生的就业竞争力,已然成为高职高专院校必须需要面对的问题。作者认为,想要提高高职高专院校学生的就业竞争力,当从学生自身、学校、社会三个方面入手,多措并举,多管齐下,从而实现高职高专院校学生就业竞争力的提高。In recent years, the employment situation of students in higher vocational colleges is very serious, which has aroused great attention from all walks of life. How to further improve the employment competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges has become a problem that must be faced in higher vocational colleges. The author thinks, to improve students＇ employment competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, we should put our efforts in three aspects： the students themselves, schools and the society. More than one measure or approach should be taken simultaneously to improve employment comnetitiveness of higher vocational college students.
